- We were founded in June 2000, and recently celebrated our 11th birthday. After working for several years in Bountiful, we expanded our size and facility and are now located in the Millrock Complex, just minutes from the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon.
- Our CEO, Clay Wilkes authored the patent for Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP). He is a developer at heart and is active in the day to day management of the business.
- We are a privately held corporation with 200+ employees, which include both corporate / career level jobs as well as customer service experience representatives in a call center environment.
- We serve the financial services sector with innovative payment products in prepaid, debit, credit, gift and hybrid programs.
- Every time you use a prepaid, credit or debit card there are several components: the program member (the company that creates, promotes and manages the card), the issuing bank (where the funds are held), the association (like Visa or Mastercard), and the transaction processor (that's us! We make sure the card is valid, process the transaction, and makes sure the funds are moved correctly).
- We have a unique business model that serves both our clients (program managers, issuing banks and associations) but also their end customers (everyday people that use card products).
- Although we've just begun promoting ourselves locally we are recognized as the premier leader of our industry. We work with several well know national and international companies.
- Ever wonder how much money you have in your account? We did too, and created several ways for customers to be apprised of their balance and charges on their card product. You can get a text message immediately after swiping your card with your balance, and most recent transaction information. This is just one of the ways we are innovating with the goal of making life a little easier for our customers.
